Cancellation charges are calculated based on how many days before departure the request is received. The following slabs are indicative and may differ for specific packages:
30+ Days BeforeMinimal deduction of advance / processing charges only.
15–29 Days BeforeUp to 25% of the total booking value may be charged.
7–14 Days BeforeUp to 50% of the total booking value may be charged.
Less Than 7 Days / No-ShowUp to 100% of the booking value may be non-refundable.
In rare situations, Tripyaarii may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier withdrawal, insufficient group numbers, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a full refund of the amount paid to us, without any additional liability.

In such cases, refunds will depend on the recovery of funds from suppliers and the applicable terms.
Cancellation and refund rules for flights and hotels are governed by the policies of the respective airline or property. Many discounted airfares and special hotel rates are completely non-refundable. The applicable rules will be shared with you at the time of booking.
